We are excited to offer a Strategic Account Developer position at Teleperformance's Belgium office.

The successful candidate will focus on developing and executing a local business development strategy that drives measurable results and supports the overall success of our new business development team.

The responsibilities of the Strategic Account Developer include:

  • Developing and implementing a go-to-market strategy that targets new accounts and grows existing ones within Belgium.
  • Conducting analysis of strengths and weaknesses of current businesses within different verticals.
  • Building relationships with internal/external stakeholders to drive business growth.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Strong experience in BPO/Outsourcing.
  • 5+ years of experience selling complex solutions.
  • Highly skilled at developing a network of prospects.
  • Proven track record in hunting for new business opportunities.
  • Hunting background/mindset.
  • Demonstrable background in developing go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment and forge relationships across multi-discipline groups and occasionally with third parties.
