We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our R&D team, responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing cutting-edge technologies aimed at improving the efficiency and performance of renewable energy systems.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, software engineers, and product managers, to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
- Develop detailed electromechanical and automation system designs, including schematics, control systems, and physical prototypes for renewable energy systems.
- Implement automation strategies and control algorithms to optimize energy production, grid integration, and system performance, utilizing PLCs, SCADA systems, and advanced sensor technologies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Rigorously test and validate new products and technologies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in existing systems, processes, and technologies, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to increase energy efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance system reliability.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in electromechanical systems, automation, or control engineering, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to innovate and optimize designs for complex systems.
