Job Title: Title Loan Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Title Loan Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our lending team, you will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, approving loans, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate loan applications and make informed lending decisions
  • Communicate with customers to provide loan information and answer questions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to drive business growth and profitability

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least two years of experience in a title lending or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for business use
