Your responsibilities will include analyzing internal R&D results to protect acquired knowledge of products and processes, proactively supporting the R&D department with strategic input from an intellectual property perspective, and challenging the validity of third-party patent rights when necessary.

  • You must have a strong background in patents, preferably in the fields of chemistry and/or biology, and be knowledgeable about international laws regarding intellectual property and commercialization.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
