Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Manage office operations, including filing, reporting, and presentation preparation
- Organize logistics for meetings and events
- Perform regular safety audits of admin and canteen areas
Essential Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in business support
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bilingualism (English & French) with additional language skills beneficial
