Vivid Resourcing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freelance PMO Consultant to support portfolio activities within the Asset department, in combination with program management responsibilities.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting project management activities, including tracking progress, maintaining project documentation, risk management, ensuring alignment with project goals & timelines. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support program managers in coordination, guidance, and communication tasks
  • Ensure follow-up of initiatives/projects
  • Coordinate and increase communication between Business and IT
  • Maintain project roadmaps and ensure follow-up on risks and issues
  • Provide guidance and support to projects on demand
  • Contribute to product roadmaps and support productization

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in PMO and/or Project management
  • Fluency in English required (spoken and written), fluent knowledge of Dutch and/or French is also mandatory
  • Knowledge of PMO & project management methodologies is a plus (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or PMI standards)
  • Understanding of product-driven organizations is a strong plus
  • Experience using program/project management tools is a plus
  • Fluent communication and coordination skills
  • Autonomous and capable of managing deadlines
