Complexity Manager ASTRID

Aan het hoofd van onze ICT-afdeling staat een uitdagende rol op je te wachten. Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor de beheerder van complexe initiatieven die gericht zijn op architectuur, evenals sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden (en je schrikt niet terug voor klantinteracties). In deze uitdagende rol draait het vooral om het beheer van de strategische technische bouwstenen.
Vereisten- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als product manager/product owner of als business-analist in de IT-wereld.
- Je hebt meer dan 5 jaar werkervaring.
- Je bent in staat om de architectuur van ICT-systemen te begrijpen, de bouwstenen ervan te identificeren en de essentie van de oplossing te doorgronden (zin voor analyse en synthese).
- Kennis van geïntegreerde telefonische oplossingen (call centers) is een pluspunt.
- Kennis/affiniteit van de hulp- en veiligheidsdiensten vormt ook een pluspunt.
- Je bent vertrouwd met de Agile methodologie. Kennis van Jira en Confluence (WIP) is een plus.
