About the Job
Elsyca is a leading provider of numerical modeling of electrochemical processes, specializing in corrosion design, cathodic protection, and AC mitigation. We offer cutting-edge solutions trusted by major pipeline companies across North America to improve pipeline integrity and reduce the cost of ownership.
As a Commercial Growth Director, you will play a crucial role in driving business expansion in the EMEA region, leveraging Elsyca's digital twin and cathodic protection solutions to address industry challenges. Your primary objective will be to engage with clients, identify sales opportunities, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a strategic plan to expand Elsyca's client base in the assigned territory and within the Energy sector (in particular Oil & Gas).
- Leveraging Elsyca's digital twin and cathodic protection solutions to address industry challenges.
- Driving the technical discovery and qualification processes to match target business problems with the company's offering.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and collaboration with marketing.
- Building relationships with key players in the oil & gas industry, including asset owners, operators, and contractors.
- Representing Elsyca at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to strengthen the company's market visibility.
- Collaborating with internal teams (technical, marketing, and operations) to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.
- Maintaining detailed records of activities and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Negotiating and closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
- Gathering market insights on customer needs, competition, and pricing to refine Elsyca's offerings.
About You
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in business development within a technology-driven company, preferably in engineering software in oil & gas or related industries.
A general interest in engineering or technology combined with expertise in cathodic protection, corrosion management, and pipeline integrity is an asset. Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and additional proficiency in German or Arabic are required.
The ideal candidate should be resilient, self-motivated, and goal-driven, with a strong team-oriented mindset, able to travel extensively across Europe, Africa, or the Middle East as needed.
