We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Success Manager to join our team at Seedtag. As a key member of our business, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic relationships with key accounts, driving business growth through exceptional client experiences, and analyzing campaign success metrics to inform future strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media, advertising, or technology, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or support roles. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis is also essential, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts to drive business growth.
- Campaign Strategy: Design and implement campaign strategies to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Campaign Execution: Work closely with the Ad Operations team to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze campaign success metrics to inform future strategies.
