Wie ben jij?Je bent commercieel ingesteld, hebt minimaal een eerste ervaring in recruitment of sales en beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma. Je bent gericht op resultaten en wilt graag bijdragen aan de groei van onze organisatie.
Wat doe je?Jouw takenpakket als recruitment consultant bestaat uit het volgende:
- Uitbreiden en onderhouden van klantencontact: Je bouwt nieuwe relaties op met potentiële klanten in de IT sector en ontwikkelt sterke relaties met bestaande klanten.
- Onderhandelen over contracten en sluiten samenwerkingen met klanten af om hun recruitment behoeften zo accuraat mogelijk te vervullen.
- Uitvoeren van grondige searches om geschikte kandidaten te vinden via verschillende kanalen, zoals jobboards, sociale media, jobbeurzen, LinkedIn, ...
- Inplannen van sollicitatiegesprekken: Je coördineert en plannen sollicitatiegesprekken tussen klanten en kandidaten.
- Houden contact met kandidaten en klanten om ervoor te zorgen dat beide partijen tevreden zijn.
