At Essensys, we are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a key role in the company's financial planning and strategy. As a senior executive, you will be responsible for leading the finance team and driving business growth through effective financial management.
Job DescriptionThe CFO will report directly to the Board of Directors and be responsible for developing and implementing the company's short- and long-term financial strategies. This will involve managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a CFO role, with a strong background in general and analytical accounting. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
