Job Overview
CareForce One is seeking a highly skilled Study Startup Specialist Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Operations department, you will play a critical role in optimizing and advancing the progress of clinical trials.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with clinical research sites to improve collaboration and efficiency. You will work closely with our Study Startup, Clinical Operations, and Process Improvement teams to develop and implement effective site engagement strategies.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date internal site databases, tracking site evaluation and selection activities, and identifying potential risks or issues that may impact trial timelines or objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred. Live-in Belgium is essential, with proficiency in Dutch, English, and French being required.
This role offers flexible working conditions, including hybrid office/home-based work arrangements. Our team provides extensive training and support, enabling you to grow professionally and achieve your goals.
