Wij zijn op zoek naar een Recruitment Consultant met een scherp oog voor top talent.

Jouw taak bestaat uit het werven en matchen van kandidaten, het voeren van interviews en het bieden van de juiste carrièrekansen.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Kandidaten werven & matchen: Jij hebt een scherp oog voor de beste talenten en zorgt ervoor dat deze perfect matchen met de vacatures van onze klanten. Jij voert interviews, beoordeelt kandidaten en biedt hen de juiste carrièrekansen.
  • Nieuwe klanten aantrekken: Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten. Jij overtuigt bedrijven van de meerwaarde van ons uitzendkantoor en bouwt een solide klantenportefeuille op.
  • Jij bent het aanspreekpunt: Je onderhoudt bestaande klantrelaties en adviseert hen over hun personeelsbehoeften. Jij zorgt ervoor dat we niet alleen de juiste kandidaten leveren, maar ook HR advies bieden dat bedrijven helpt om succesvol te zijn.
  • Rechterhand van de Business Manager: Jij werkt nauw samen met de Business Manager en ondersteunt in het opstellen van commerciële strategieën, het behalen van targets en het stimuleren van groei. Jij bent een belangrijke schakel in het dagelijkse management van het team.
  • Coaching & mentoring: Je neemt een leidende rol in het begeleiden van junior consultants en zorgt voor hun professionele groei en ontwikkeling.

Wat verwachten wij?

  • Senior ervaring in recruitment: Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in rekruteren, bij voorkeur in de uitzendbranche, en hebt een bewezen track record in het aantrekken van topkandidaten.
  • Commerciële drive: Jij weet als geen ander hoe je nieuwe klanten binnenhaalt en bestaande relaties uitbouwt.
  • Leiderschap: Je hebt ervaring met het aansteken van het enthousiasme van een team en het coachen van collega's. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedereen optimaal presteert.
  • Netwerkvaardigheden: Je hebt een uitgebreid netwerk en weet dit in te zetten om zowel kandidaten te vinden als nieuwe klanten te werven.
  • Resultaatgericht: Je hebt de motivatie om zowel commerciële targets als recruitmentdoelen te behalen. Je krijgt energie van het behalen van je doelen en het behalen van commerciële successen.
