About the Role- Design and develop AI solutions to address business challenges using machine learning and data analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and identify necessary data
- Maintain a robust and efficient codebase for training, testing, and deploying machine learning models
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in machine learning and data analysis
- Work closely with software engineers and DevSecOps to ensure seamless integration of AI models
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
- At least 3 years of experience delivering successful machine learning projects in production
- Deep understanding of cloud-based AI solutions and their deployment
- Strong proficiency in Python and software development principles
- Familiarity with MLOps principles and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, ...)
- Experience with ML frameworks (Tensorflow, PyTorch,...) and fluent in English and Dutch or French
