About the Opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • DRIVING BUSINESS GROWTH: Identify and generate new business opportunities, expand the client portfolio, and leverage your network and business acumen.
  • FACILITATING COLLABORATION: Develop and maintain a strong community of interim managers, actively engaging in the local BEXIM Club to foster collaboration and growth.
  • ENSURING PROJECT SUCCESS: Conduct interviews with interim managers and oversee project execution to ensure success.
  • MANAGING CRM SYSTEMS: Manage and update the CRM system for tracking leads, assignments, and client interactions.
What We're Looking For
  • A strong business network and the ability to develop meaningful relationships at C-level.
  • A passion for business development, deal-making, and client relationship management.
  • A background in executive interim management, recruitment, consulting, private equity, or a relevant industry is a plus—but not a requirement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Self-employed or willing to work under an independent contract structure.
