About Our ClientOur client is a leading FMCG company located in the northwest of the Brussels region. They are committed to building a world-class team and are looking for a Talent Development Specialist who can help them achieve their goals.
Your responsibilities will include proactively sourcing and engaging top talent through innovative strategies and external partnerships, guiding hiring managers through the selection process using ATS systems to ensure the best fit for each role, and providing support when it comes to employer branding strategy to position the company as a top employer in the market.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new employees, supporting managers in talent development, and leading key HR projects, including the implementation of digital HR tools and systems.
The Successful ApplicantWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Development Specialist with a proven track record in Talent Acquisition, preferably within commercial, marketing, FMCG, or pharma sectors. A master's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Management, or a related field is essential, as well as fluency in Dutch, strong proficiency in French and English, and a collaborative mindset.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment, you will be analytical and solutions-oriented, with the ability to quickly connect the dots and make informed decisions. You will also have a passion for HR and business partnering, with a desire to take the lead on strategic projects and drive business growth.
