Commercial Lead for Health IT Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical IT Commercial Lead to join our team at Inizio Engage. As a key member of our Health Information Systems team, you will play a vital role in leading the commercialization efforts for our Auto coding solution in Belgian hospitals.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive market strategies, engage with customers, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation of our software.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity, collaborate with innovative people, and make a significant impact on the healthcare industry.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive commercialization strategies for our Auto coding solution
- Lead customer engagement and commercial follow-up activities
- Determine customer needs and provide tailored demonstrations of the software
- Support customers through the implementation process and provide ongoing support
- Masters Degree or higher AND relevant job-related experience
- Experience in the medical field, particularly with healthcare IT solutions
- Proven track record in sales and customer support
- Excellent language skills in French, Dutch, and English
