- Maintain deep technical knowledge in relevant domains and share expertise with development teams.
- Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies and aligning them with business needs.
- **Collaboration & Communication:**
- Act as a key point of contact between development teams and business stakeholders.
- Translate technical complexities into business language for senior management.
- Influence decision-making processes to improve software development life cycle efficiency.
- **Quality & Best Practices:**

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong development background with at least 8 years of experience, including 3+ years in a senior development role.
- Proven expertise in software architecture, CI/CD, cloud technologies, or a relevant technical stack.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software delivery and the ability to optimize processes.
- Ability to influence technical and business stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with experience handling complex technical challenges.
- Experience in design thinking and technical roadmap planning.
