**Job Overview**
Vivid Resourcing is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our innovative team. As a key member, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and implementing projects with a strong focus on process improvement and quality enhancement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of investment and re-engineering projects, from initiation to completion.
- Analyze and optimize production and qualification processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Prepare detailed cost estimations and monitor project budgets.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop and coordinate improvement initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Provide technical support in the development and introduction of new products, including feasibility studies, product testing, and prototyping.
- Ensure that projects comply with safety and environmental regulations, identifying risks and overseeing safe execution.
- Advise the organization on potential technical improvements and process optimizations.
Your Profile:
- A Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (preferably in mechanical, electromechanical, or metallurgical disciplines).
- 3-5 years of experience in project management within a technical or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance methodologies and processes.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects effectively within deadlines.
- Commitment to safety and environmental standards.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
