About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Sales organization in Belgium, focusing on the Public industry. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving new business development within assigned territories, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support clients on various topics, including Risk/Fraud Management, Data & AI, and Procurement Integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed total software revenue targets and manage business objectives.
  • Manage and grow an existing set of accounts within the Public industry.
  • Develop plans to identify areas with potential for further development and execute them.
  • Generate new business through strategic-based selling and managing relationships with customers.
  • Sell software, solutions, and services to current and prospective customers, working with other sales/pre-sales/domain/personnel to position and leverage sales opportunities.
  • Direct complex sales opportunities, including implementation plans, which involve coordinating internal and/or external services.
  • Prepare standard quotations and proposal information as needed, working with other departments to create and finalize contracts and set time schedules for delivery services.
  • Follow up with customers to track satisfaction levels and discover additional revenue opportunities.
  • Attend external network events and sessions to deepen industry knowledge and network.

Requirements

  • Experience in selling complex software solutions and services to business owners and IT stakeholders.
  • Experience in identifying and solving business challenges along the Public value chain.
  • Demonstrated experience in account mapping and navigating complex ecosystems.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate territory dynamics and develop a sales plan, communicate technical and business concepts, and relate them to SAS applications and user needs.
  • Fluency in English and either French or Dutch; fluency in three languages is considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of analytics solutions and/or Cloud and services preferred but not essential.
