Marktanalyse: je analyseert markttrends, opportuniteiten en concurrentie en gebruikt deze analyses als input voor de productstrategie en roadmap.
Productstrategie & Roadmap: je vertaalt marktinzichten en klantbehoeften, binnen de overkoepelende visie, in een high-level roadmap. Je onderbouwt deze met business cases. De Business Product Owner is verantwoordelijk voor de detailplanning in sprints.
Go-to-Market Strategie: je werkt met de interne en externe stakeholders aan de marktvereisten en go-to-market strategie, en zorgt voor duidelijke marktverwachtingen voor de Business Product Owner en ICT.
Marktintroductie: je coördineert de tijdige en budgettaire marktintroductie van de roadmap.
Productlancering & Promotie: je lanceert nieuwe producten succesvol en promoot bestaande producten actief, in samenwerking met marketing, sales en kantoren (7 P's).
