We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to kick-start our marketing team at IntelliProve, a pioneering MedTech startup based in Ghent.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, creating engaging advertising campaigns, and conducting market research and analysis.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a high-growth environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Creating advertising campaigns, landing pages, customer success videos, and customer stories
  • Conducting market research and analysis
  • Managing social media accounts and website
  • Collaborating with other teams within the company (e.g. sales, product development)
  • Measuring and reporting on campaign performance

Requirements:

  • Extremely competitive, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy winning as a team
  • Comfortable using CRM Tools (Hubspot)
  • Attention to detail, excellent organization, and communication skills
  • Have strong analytical skills
  • Have empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems
  • You're excited to work in a high-growth environment
  • Speaking at least Dutch and English
