As a Senior Consultant - IFRS Advisory, you'll partner with colleagues from various departments to support clients in all financial reporting and communication challenges. This includes deal and post-deal accounting, consolidation, IPO preparation, special financials and carve-outs, structuring for complex projects, IFRS conversions, new accounting standards or interpretations, and ESG reporting.
You'll have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of industry-specific accounting issues, assist clients with robust technical accounting analyses, and shape their financial (and non-financial) communication – making a real impact. We'll involve you in practice and business development initiatives, making you an essential part of growing KPMG CFO Advisory's footprint in the Belgian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with analysis of complex accounting questions
- Develop knowledge of industry-specific accounting issues
- Support clients with technical accounting analyses and financial communication
- Partner with colleagues from various departments
Requirements
- Masters degree with 3-5 years of relevant accounting or audit experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and either Dutch or French (written and spoken)
