About Us
TRS Staffing Solutions is an international project sourcing agency and a global recruitment group, part of Fluor Corporation. We specialize in supporting the oil, gas, energy, chemical, industrial construction, and life sciences sectors.
We are looking for a Project Planner / Project Control Engineer who can accurately plan and manage project risks. This role involves contributing to impressive constructions for the offshore wind industry and the civil market.
Your Responsibilities
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, identify potential risks, and report on mitigation proposals. Assess delays and provide accurate delay assessments.
- Advise the project and contract team on realized or potential risks and report changes compared to the validated Baseline (scope/time/budget).
- Evaluate project performance by calculating Earned Value, creating scenario models, and performing risk analysis.
- Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external use.
- Cost-load the WBS into the planning tool (COST).
- Create a schedule based on the WBS, understanding and aligning activities performed.
- Determine contractual deliverables with the project team.
- Collaborate with the project team to establish the validated Baseline for scope, time, and costs, and define a WBS with the Project Manager.
