We are looking for a skilled Network Administrator to join our team in Brussels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network, including telecommunication and computer infrastructure.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading technology company like Fujitsu and to develop your skills and experience in network administration.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and upgrading network components.
- Diagnosing and resolving network problems.
- Ensuring communication performance, recovery and security needs meet agreed service agreement standards.
- Using network management system tools to determine network load and model performance statistics.
- Implementing network upgrades and monitoring network performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Strong knowledge of networks, network administration and communication protocols (WAN, (W)LAN, VLAN ...).
- Experience with network security, VPN implementation and cipher techniques.
- Operational knowledge of network devices and services, e.g. routers, switches, load balancers, accelerators and firewalls, crypto communication devices, ...
- Understanding of network monitoring tools.
