Mission Context:
The bank is rolling out a new multi-media contact solution and migrating onboarding activities to improve customer service. Service Now will support this transformation. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in end-to-end testing, report progress, defects, and risks.
- Support business onboarding and change management.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
Requirements:
- 8+ years as a Business and Functional Analyst. Service Now knowledge preferred.
- Expertise in UML, Visio, and MS Office.
Skills:
- Analytical, customer-centric, with strong problem-solving abilities.
