Marketing and Communications Professional

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is a leading IT services brand, recognized for its innovative approach to digital transformation. As a Marketing and Communications Professional, you will contribute to building the company's reputation in the BeLux region.
You will be part of a fast-growing international team of marketing professionals, working closely with the Country Heads and sales teams in Belgium and Luxembourg. The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns to support the region's marketing plan, managing stakeholder engagement, and creating engaging content to share the company's success stories.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive and coordinate marketing and communication programs to build the TCS brand in the BeLux region, supporting the region's marketing plan.
- Help manage TCS-hosted events in the region and participate in major industry partnerships.
- Build and grow TCS' share of voice in regular media, creating opportunities around customer wins, success stories, and points of view.
- Support the development, design, publishing, and sharing of marketing collateral as required by local TCS teams and/or external partners.
- Work with sales teams to coordinate marketing efforts to support business development objectives.
Requirements:
- Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing or similar, with previous experience in a marketing role preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines, with passion for personal and professional development in Marketing.
- Experience in designing marketing assets, with networking skills to engage actively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to work in an international environment, with hands-on experience in image/video editing software a plus.
