We are seeking a skilled Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Freight Appointments. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and developing strategies to drive growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute plans to grow existing accounts and generate new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • ~3+ years of relevant work experience in account management or business development.
  • ~ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • ~ Proven ability to manage key accounts with a focus on growth and client satisfaction.
  • ~ Flexible working hours and the option to work 3 days from home.
