The Role: E-commerce Partnerships ManagerThis position involves forging strategic partnerships with e-tailers and para-pharmacies, fostering mutually beneficial relationships to strengthen Metagenics' online presence. As an analytical thinker with a passion for creating exceptional online experiences, you will develop and execute marketing strategies, collaborating closely with key partners.
Your Key Responsibilities- E-tailer & Para Pharmacy Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key e-tailer & para-pharmacy marketing account partners, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment across all platforms.
- Oversight of product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, visual assets, and other relevant content to drive conversions while adhering to platform-specific requirements.
- Monitoring and management of customer reviews and ratings to maintain a positive brand image and address any issues promptly.
- E-commerce Strategy and Planning:
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive online e-tailer strategy.
- Building strong relationships with key e-tailer and para-pharmacy partners to optimize performance and ensure the fulfillment of partnership agreements.
- Identification of new online opportunities for revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion in the e-tail and para-pharmacy space.
- Customer Experience Optimization:
- Enhancement of the end-to-end customer journey across multiple (sales) channels, ensuring seamless navigation and shopping experiences.
- Collection and addressing of customer feedback, ensuring excellent service on both the company website and third-party platforms.
- Price Monitoring, Competitive Analysis & Promotional Campaigns:
- Continuous monitoring of pricing from both e-tailers and competitors to ensure Metagenics' pricing strategy remains competitive.
- Regular reports on price comparisons and proposal of adjustments as needed.
- Development and implementation of tailored brand initiatives to increase brand awareness, sales volume, and revenue through third-party e-tailers and para-pharmacies.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Tracking and analysis of key performance metrics for third-party e-commerce and para-pharmacy players, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Identification of areas for improvement and implementation of optimization strategies to drive continuous growth.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze e-commerce and e-tailer performance metrics to drive sales and optimize campaigns.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
- Relationship Management: Strong skills in managing e-tailer relationships, with experience working with e-tailers like Farmaline or Redpharma being highly valued.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute multichannel strategies that align with business goals.
- Adaptability: Agility in adapting to rapid changes and a competitive landscape.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
