Job Description
The role of ICT Lead Buyer at PROGRESSIO BV involves overseeing the strategic procurement activities in the ICT category. This includes providing guidance, tactical support, and strategic advice to the organisation on matters related to ICT procurement.
You will use market knowledge and Strategic Sourcing strategies when contracting suppliers, ensuring compliance with Public Procurement Legislation and internal rules and procedures related to procurement.
The successful candidate will have experience in tactical procurement or a related role in a large company, as well as junior/medior/senior experience in procurement and negotiation techniques.
In this role, you will also be responsible for managing procurement projects of various sizes within the Category, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement all aspects of the category strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and conclude contracts with suppliers using Strategic Sourcing techniques
- Provide guidance and support to internal customers on procurement-related matters
- Manage procurement projects, including setting up strategic plans and sourcing roadmaps
- Cordinate with Cluster Manager to ensure efficient implementation of purchases
Requirements
- Junior/medior/senior experience in tactical procurement or a related role in a large company
- Jr. Med / Sen Exp in Procurement & Negotiation techniques: Supplier sourcing, negotiations, selection, management, and development
- Jr. Med/Sen Exp in ICT, awareness of industry trends and best practices in at least 2 domains (Software & Applications, Infrastructure Services, Telecom, Outsourcing Partners & Services, Client Devices)
