About the RoleThis position is focused on implementing and optimizing IT processes using the ServiceNow platform. As an Experienced ServiceNow Developer, you will design and develop interfaces to feed enterprise data into ServiceNow, configure APIs for integration with local and external systems, build automated exports and reporting features to support internal business needs, and create custom workflows aligned with business processes.
In addition, you will lead the migration of legacy tools and functionalities into the ServiceNow ecosystem. Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and enabling our teams to work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and optimize IT processes using the ServiceNow platform
- Design and develop interfaces to feed enterprise data into ServiceNow
- Configure APIs for integration with local and external systems
- Build automated exports and reporting features to support internal business needs
- Create custom workflows aligned with business processes
- Lead migration of legacy tools and functionalities into the ServiceNow ecosystem
Requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent through professional experience
- Service Now Certified (development)
- Strong hands-on experience in API setup and integration
- Knowledge of CMDB, workflow design, and email interface configuration
- Experience in building automated data exports and data migration into ServiceNow
- Strong team player with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working in large, complex environments
- Able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Solution-oriented and not afraid to raise challenges
