Infosys is seeking an experienced HCM Principal Consultant / Lead Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects and relevant experience in HCM domain.
The selected individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and develop industry solutions, applying HCM domain and technical & functional proficiency to design, build, and deploy solutions for supporting customer's HCM application.
Professional Qualifications
- At least 18 years of experience in software development life cycle.
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects and relevant experience in HCM domain.
- Proficient in all the delivered HCM processes and reports, suggest best practices.
- Hands-on experience in working on Oracle Global HR Cloud for Europe.
