Digitalization Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled PhD scholarship holder to work on a project focusing on the impact of digitalization on real estate market dynamics. The research project addresses the digital expansion of valuation using decentralized ledger technologies and blockchain.

As a researcher in this field, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new approaches and tools for promoting transparency, efficiency, equitability, and accountability in real estate transactions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and defending a PhD thesis on the impact of digitalization on real estate market dynamics
• Conducting research related to the QuiVal research project 5b, which aims to promote transparency, efficiency, equitability, and accountability in real estate transactions
• Publishing scientific articles and reports related to the research project

To be eligible for this position, you should have a Master's degree in digitalization, architectural engineering, smart buildings, smart cities, urban engineering, or big data. You should also demonstrate excellent study results, skills in mixed research methods, and good communicative and entrepreneurial skills.
