About the Role

We are looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our fast-growing company in the green sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing renewable energy initiatives, with a focus on large-scale PV projects in the Antwerp region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in commercial and technical qualification of opportunities. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with internal and external colleagues, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Developing new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector
  • Qualifying and pursuing leads, as well as managing existing client relationships
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including engineering and sales support
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Higher education and successful track record in sales required
  • Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience, preferably within industrial projects or renewable energy sector
  • Fluent Dutch speaker, good knowledge of English and French
  • Driver's license B
  • Excellent communication skills and good networker
