The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager – Surgical EMEA to lead strategic marketing & product management for a high-growth portfolio.
This role involves defining regional market strategies, pricing, and competitive positioning, as well as working cross-functionally with sales, clinical, regulatory, and supply chain teams.
You will act as the regional expert, translating insights into actionable growth plans and driving new product launches & portfolio optimization.
Key Requirements
- 8 - 10+ years' experience in marketing, product management, or business development within medical devices, surgical, or healthcare sectors
- Proven success in portfolio strategy, pricing, and competitive intelligence
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in global/matrix organizations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel internationally (25%) and flexibility work across time zones
