Research Biostatistician

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior RWE Expert to join our Real World Evidence department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience designing and executing RWE studies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, protocol development, and analysis specification of RWE studies, while ensuring methodological best practices. They will also collaborate with external vendors on RWE projects, provide guidance to RWE analysts on protocol execution, and analyze findings with RWE strategy leads and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience designing and executing RWE studies in academia, consulting, or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with US and European healthcare systems.
• Experience working with large healthcare databases (e.g., US claims data, UK CPRD, Nordic registries, SNDS).
• Ability to generate insights supporting drug development and market access.
• Knowledge of Ph1 and Ph2 trials, especially for Early RWE roles.
• Ability to present RWE findings to non-technical audiences.
