The Room Antwerp is a dynamic and innovative fashion start-up that is making waves in the industry. We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Business Partner to join our team as an Operations & Client Service Manager. This position involves managing stock, order fulfillment, ensuring outstanding customer service, overseeing inventory control, generating accurate sales reports and analytics, and managing the company's e-commerce platform.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage stock levels: monitor real-time inventory, ensure accurate online stock levels, coordinate future restocks and new drops;
2. Manage orders with supplier: double-check newly placed orders and invoices, follow up on pending orders, keep track of any discrepancies/delays/canceled items, generate international shipping labels for incoming stock;
3. Generate detailed reports on sales performance, best-selling products, and inventory turnover to support strategic decision-making;
4. Oversee the store daily operations of the company's e-commerce platform;
Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Communications or a related field (or equivalent professional experience);
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes;
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities;
- Full professional fluency in Dutch or English required for effective communication with customers and 3PL warehouse partners.
