Job Title: Junior RWE Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior RWE Expert to join our Real World Evidence department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience designing and executing RWE studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute RWE studies to support drug development and market access.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and stakeholders to deliver high-quality RWE studies.
  • Analyze data and interpret results to inform business decisions.
  • Present findings to non-technical audiences, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience designing and executing RWE studies in academia, consulting, or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiarity with US and European healthcare systems.
  • Experience working with large healthcare databases (e.g., US claims data, UK CPRD, Nordic registries, SNDS).
  • Ability to generate insights supporting drug development and market access.
  • Knowledge of Ph1 and Ph2 trials, especially for Early RWE roles.
  • Ability to present RWE findings to non-technical audiences.
