- Define and execute the insight strategy and roadmap for stakeholders, aligned with global and regional business objectives and priorities.
- Harmonize processes where it makes sense and specialize where it creates value, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and presentation tools, such as PowerPoint, to effectively communicate insights and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, medical, commercial, and executive leadership teams to gather and analyze data insights, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.
- Work closely with IT and outsourced service providers to ensure seamless support for reporting activities.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data reporting, preferably in the healthcare industry.
