Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain and configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions, enforce policies, and enhance the end-user experience.
- Manage device imaging and deployment, creating standardized images for new hardware rollouts or replacements.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, including antivirus, patching, and encryption standards.
Requirements:
- Technical expertise in Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems, with experience supporting hardware such as desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Proficiency in common business applications like Microsoft Office 365, VPN, remote desktop applications, and endpoint management tools.
- Familiarity with imaging and deployment tools, such as SCCM, MDT, or similar.
- Understanding of security policies, endpoint protection, and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with end-users and IT teams.
