Sustainability Strategist

Möbius Business Redesign advises companies and policymakers on sustainability challenges. Our team develops effective business strategies and policies for a sustainable transition.

We are seeking a Sustainability Strategist to join our team in Belgium. This role will focus on decarbonization & climate projects.

• Build awareness and insight into the strategic added value of decarbonisation, on an executive level.
• Co-create strategies and roadmaps to net zero by working with experts.
• Provide insights and support to clients on carbon accounting and target-setting (eg. based on the SBTI framework).
• Lead change in carbon assessments by gathering data, analyzing it, leading meetings, and guiding clients.
• Support clients with a broader sustainable transformation, including shifting operating models and processes, governance, and reporting/information flows.

This role requires expertise in advising C-level clients on sustainability strategies.

• 7+ years' experience in carbon assessments, implementation and non-financial reporting frameworks (such as CDP, ESRS E1, Ecovadis).
• Prior knowledge in one or more of the following areas: decarbonization pathways, carbon accounting, GHG protocol, SBTi, ...
• Full working proficiency in Dutch and English (mandatory), and French is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, up to the upper management levels - with excellent written and verbal communication.
