About the Job
We are currently looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our Financial Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our data analytics and machine learning initiatives, delivering innovative solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client-Facing Roles:
- Design and implement machine learning solutions for complex business problems
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and create insightful visualizations
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for model deployment
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions
- Provide technical guidance on data science best practices
- Technical Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ML models using scikit-learn and other Python libraries
- Implement version control for both code and data using GitLab and DVC
- Create and maintain Jupyter notebooks for analysis and documentation
- Ensure reproducibility of data science workflows
- Optimize existing models and data pipelines for improved performance
- Follow ML ops best practices for model deployment and monitoring
- Internal Contributions:
- Contribute to NORRIQ's data science expertise through knowledge sharing
- Participate in proposal writing and solution architecture
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance
- Stay current with latest developments in data science and ML
