About the Role


The Mergers & Acquisitions and Financial Advisory team at Fluxys Group is seeking an experienced Valuation Specialist for Business Growth to support the company's strategic investments.



Responsibilities



  • Conduct financial analysis and valuation of strategic investments, including energy transition projects
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and investment presentations
  • Lead regulatory and financial due diligence of projects and identify key value drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Communicate impactful conclusions to management and the board
  • Monitor and assess the financial performance of affiliates


Requirements



  • Minimum five years of relevant experience in Financial Advisory or Corporate M&A, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or Business Development
  • Deep understanding and experience of corporate finance, valuation techniques, and financial analysis
  • Excellent mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
