The job offers a lot of variety in activities, and the interaction with candidates and colleagues makes the work dynamic. The Recruiter gets the freedom to organize their own agenda, realize ideas, and contribute to the further professionalization and development of recruitment within 24/7 drive.
Requirements- You are a native speaker of Bulgarian language.
- You like challenges and have the ambition to develop yourself.
- Administration is your strength.
- You have a very good command of the English language.
- You are willing to travel to the Netherlands 2-3 times a year.
- Social media has no secrets for you, posting job offers, and searching for recruitment channels.
- You have proven experience as a Recruiter or HR specialist.
- Salary between 1.800-2.200 BGN netto per month.
- Challenging position in a young, international, and ambitious team.
- Bonus scheme / 13th month (depending on performance and company results).
- Laptop and cell phone.
