Are you a skilled trainer looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Training Expert to join our team at Randstad Professional Belgium.
This contract position is available until December 2025.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and maintaining training plans and curricula in collaboration with line managers
- Providing training on specific technical topics, including CIP/SIP, COTS, etc.
- Supporting employees and their managers in training obligations
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key qualifications for this position include:
- Background in production
- Experience in training management
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry (DSP, USP)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, guidelines (GXP, ICH Guidelines) and international standards (ISO)
