We are recruiting for an experienced SAP Data Governance Senior Manager to join our client, a global organisation undergoing a significant SAP S/4HANA implementation programme. The successful candidate will lead our SAP Data & Analytics team, focusing on data management, data governance, and master data management.
Responsibilities:- The Senior Manager will be accountable for designing, developing, and implementing SAP data solutions, including SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality assurance.
- Foster a culture of data excellence within the organisation by driving data management and governance practices.
- Ensure that all data migrations are executed efficiently, utilising tools such as SAP Data Services, SAP BODS, SAP Syniti ADM(M), and SNP Group CrystalBridge Migrate DataSphere.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of SAP Data & Analytics professionals.
- Proven experience in SAP Data & Analytics, with a strong emphasis on data management and governance.
- Demonstrated expertise in data governance tools, including SAP MDG, Winshuttle, Informatica, and SNP Group CrystalBridge Governance.
- Ability to drive organisational change and implement effective data management practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Fluency in French or Dutch is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
