Als Talent Manager bij Constructiv ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van strategische projecten die gericht zijn op talent management. Je bent betrokken bij het bepalen van de personeelsbehoefte en het opstellen van plannen om deze behoefte te vervullen.
Jouw taken omvatten het analyseren van informatie over medewerkers, het identificeren van kansen en bedreigingen voor het talent management, en het adviseren van leidinggevenden over manieren om talentontwikkeling te bevorderen. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van trainingsprogramma's en workshops om medewerkers te helpen hun vaardigheden te verbeteren.
Een andere belangrijke taak is het samenwerken met diverse afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat de doelen van het talent management worden bereikt. Jouw competenties zijn:
