Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Director to join our team in Belgium. As a key member of the Support Team, you will be responsible for leading the HR team and implementing an efficient and future-oriented HR policy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate an HR policy aligned with corporate objectives and tailored to the specific needs of our Belgian organization.
  • Take charge of all HR processes, procedures, regulations, and optimise them to improve efficiency.
  • Act as a sparring partner for the business, advising on various HR issues and helping build a positive and performing culture.
  • Ensure timely implementation of HR projects within the organisation.
  • Provide direction, advice, and guidance to the management team.
  • Manage employees and encourage them to grow in their expertise.

Requirements

  • A master's level of thinking with at least 5 years' experience within operational HR and successful experience in a leadership role.
  • Generalist HR expertise and interest, driven and competent to help scale the organisation and build strong foundations.
  • A 'can-do' approach that inspires people to results in a dynamic way.
  • Sufficient seniority to be perceived throughout the organisation as a valued business partner and sparring partner for our management team.
  • Excellent communication skills to convince, inspire, motivate, and create the right climate.
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
