We are now seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to join our team in Zaventem, Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Group's corporate and financial matters, working closely with our central and local management and finance teams. This role requires a deep understanding of corporate law and the ability to advise on complex transactions, governance, and commercial matters.

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Law, potentially with additional degrees or specializations in relevant fields
  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience, either as a lawyer in a reputable law firm or as in-house counsel in a multinational company
  • Ability to handle any type of corporate legal matter, with tangible experience in advising on corporate law and common types of financial and business law
  • Impeccable English language skills, with proficiency in other languages such as Dutch, French, German, and Italian being an asset
  • Strong project management skills, with natural drive to challenge and initiate change
  • Familiarity with industrial manufacturing environments and third-party production processes is an advantage
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively, balancing control and strategic initiatives
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders
