Transformative Payer Operations Leader

About This Opportunity
">We are seeking a highly skilled Value Based Partnering Lead to join our PIM Payer and ISEG Operations team in Brussels, Belgium. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in operationalizing the evolution of our operating model, ensuring seamless collaboration between Asset Teams and Countries to achieve UCB's growth ambition.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and track VBP ambition with internal / external KPIs
2. Design and develop VBP access strategic / application framework
3. Contribute to the VBP Corporate narrative
4. Support PI drivers and projects to enable PI VBP
5. Develop and implement VBP ideation / application tools, frameworks and processes aligned to business priorities (eg contracting framework, financial modelling, toolboxes, data platforms, governance)
6. Empower implementors via training, experience sharing and project pilots
7. Integrate with strategic account excellence and account-based marketing
8. Support strategic account identification, cross functional goal alignment and planning, strategic account planning excellence for long-term partnership, and competitor insight excellence
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience in value based partnering and contracting
2. Experience in account management
3. Bachelor's Degree Required
4. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across Countries and Global, facilitating collaborations and alignment on strategic objectives.
5. Capacity to understand the implications of value based partnering, integrate it with market trends and align to UCB strategies
6. Ability to build and implement effective frameworks, templates & processes that maximize impact and optimize for seamless performance
7. Ability to anticipate implications of new ways of working, and maintain focus on strategic priorities and highest impact
8. Innovative mindset, considering novel ways of implementing VBP
